DeValois’ responsibilities include all aspects of business development
including client relations, sales and market. KEMWest specializes in
Industrial Hygiene consulting, asbestos inspections, project design and
abatement project management, indoor air quality assessments,
Clandestine Drug Lab assessment and remediation project management. Mr.
DeValois is a Certified Industrial Hygienist, certified by the American
Board of Industrial Hygiene.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Indoor Air Quality investigations including fungal investigations,
baseline studies and tenant complaint resolution; Asbestos inspection,
project management and abatement design; Environmental due diligence
investigations (Phase I and Phase II), Lead-Based paint assessment,
abatement design and management; worker exposure monitoring for OSHA
compliance and clandestine drug lab assessment and remediation.
